After the first consultation, if needed, a follow up consultation will be scheduled, where we are going to talk about how the protocol is working for you and whether it can be improved.

The improvements to the the protocol given in the follow up consultation/consultations are part of an overall lifestyle changing plan and they are individual from client to client.

My experience is that follow up consultations are an awesome tool for keeping motivation and engagement high in clients, especially if they wish to heal from a long-term condition. Finding a healthy body balance also involve doing a personal work on your mindset and on your spirit. Therefore, seeing the practitioner regularly is the best way to keep improving.

Of course their frequency really depends on the case and on the personality of the client. Therefore, the possibility for a follow up consultation will be discussed case by case during the session.
